Millionaire Gave His Fortune To Help 10,000 Homeless Children In Kenya

Every child deserves to have a home with loving family, and it is so sad that there are so many abandoned kids in the modern world. But it’s impossible to solve this problem just by discussing it. People need to do something to help these poor kids.

Charles Mully is the bright example of a generous and noble person. He knows firsthand how difficult it might be to grow up without parents. Mully’s parents abandoned him when he was just 6-year-old. But despite all difficulties, he found the strength to become a kind person and became successful in life.

Charles had his own taxi business. He started out with one car, opened a transport company, and finally, became the founder of the insurance company. Mully is also very happy in his personal life. Together with his wife, Esther, they have eight wonderful kids and live in a beautiful house in Kenya. But even at the height of his success, Charles never stopped worrying about the fate of the homeless children.

Thanks to his great efforts, Mully became a rich millionaire, but he decided to give his money for the truly noble thing. In 1989, Mully and his wife founded the charitable organization, “Mully Children’s Family”, to help abandoned kids in Africa. This year, the organization is celebrating its 25th anniversary. During this time, it helped more than 10,000 street children by providing everything from food and clothing to education and medical care. Many people asked Mully whether he does not feel sorry for the money, but Charles usually answers:

“I see the world, I see Kenya, I see the continent of Africa being transformed through all these children.”
