You wouldn’t believe what 48-year old Fitness Freak Laura Gordon has to say about her toned, sexy and 20-years younger looking body. Laura who seems to have found the elixir of youth shares her secrets to having a hot body.
The model, known for her curves and sexy figure also flaunts a six-pack that would put most men to shame. Laura lives in South Carolina and admits that she has been working out 8 times a week since she was 23. She is often mistaken for a 20 something college-going student, owing to her youthfulness. She attributes her hot figure and her six-pack to “sheer hard work” and some sacrifices, which in her own words, “No one is ready to make”. Laura says: “‘I only eat healthy food, so I’m not fat”.

Laura admits that the secret to having a well-toned body is “intense workout” and “healthy food”.
Laura takes absolutely no processed foods and never misses out on her workout sessions. To her, working out is like a job.
Laura’s fitness routine: She does three one-hour weight sessions and 5 Home DVD work outs.
She repeats her intense work-out 8 times a week and has been doing it since she was 23.
Laura says: ‘I’m not a fitness professional or fitness model and I’ve never done anything fitness for a career.”
After working in a boring office and spending hours sitting on the sofa, worthlessly, things became a little dull and stagnant for Laura and her life “began to sag”. That is when she started doing home fitness DVDs and has never looked back.
Laura never misses her workout. The longest she has been off gym is a week.
She can “have what she wants” because “she is thin”.

She is very sensitive towards body-image issues and is critical of the people who take their bodies for granted and don’t give her the credit for having a slim and a hot figure.
Laura’s photos were being illegally used by various companies for promotion of brands.
When Laura found out about such activities, she set up her own Instagram account where she started posted her pics and fitness tips.
“My photos were everywhere but when I searched my name nothing came up.”
‘Thousands of people were re-posting my photos but not a single person LISTED my name or the fact that I was in my mid-forties.”
She has put in a lot of hard work and dedication in getting where she is.
“It is very important to me that people don’t use my photos to trick people into buying that nonsense. Fit teas don’t make a person fit, hard work and eating right does.”
Her 39-year old husband is concerned that her scantily clad pictures on Instagram might attract creeps and unwanted attention.
But that doesn’t stop Laura from doing what she wants. She has more than 400,000 followers on Instagram and continues to post workout tips and pictures as of today. She says: It’s what they call a bubble butt…Laura says there is no magic formula: I eat healthy food all the time, that’s why I’m not fat.
